House of Hope has partnered with Comerica Legacy
Foundation to manage Charitable Gift Annuities for House
of Hope donors.
The very nature of a Charitable Gift Annuity makes it
particularly appealing when interest rates are low and
stock markets are volatile.
The annuity gives you a fixed payment for life with a
portion tax free, and there is an immediate income tax
deduction.
In exchange for a gift of $10,000 or more, the donor
receives a guaranteed fixed payment every year for the
rest of his or her life. When the donor dies, the amount
remaining goes to House of Hope, ensuring a legacy of
assistance for years to come.
