Chiropractor shows appreciation
with food drive
PRESS RELEASE DATE: APRIL 7, 2010
Dr. William Morgan of Hobe
Sound Chiropractic Center is combining a food
drive with his Patient Appreciation Days this
week.
“The patient appreciation
food drive in November was a huge success,” Dr.
Morgan said of the drive, which brought in 258
pounds of food. “In an effort to re-stock the
food bank and help those less fortunate, we are
doing an in-season food drive.
On April 6, the
chiropractor provided free treatments for
existing patients. On April 8, new referrals
will receive free consultations and X-rays. He’s
asking each patient to bring in two cans of
non-perishable food or a $5 donation to be given
to House of Hope.
Dr. Morgan has been holding
food drives during Patient Appreciation Days for
about 10 years, and said he finds the outpouring
of generosity remarkable.
