House of Hope holding
Veterans Day sale

PRESS RELEASE DATE: NOV. 8, 2011

All four House of Hope thrift stores will be offering 30 percent off the price of all items on Friday, Nov. 11 and Saturday, Nov. 12.  

All locations are open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday.

The House of Hope locations are:

• Stuart, 2484 S.E. Bonita St.

• Hobe Sound, 11690 S.E. Federal Hwy.

• Indiantown, 15516 Osceola St.

• Jensen Beach, 1090 N.E. Jensen Beach Blvd.

The Stuart location of House of Hope is also planning a holiday tent sale 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19. The sale will be set up in the rear parking lot and will feature thousands of Christmas items, including decorations, gift wrap, cards, and apparel.

House of Hope depends on its thrift stores for almost one-third of the agency’s income, supporting programs that include case management, financial assistance and food pantries. Also, many clothing and furniture items are provided free to eligible Martin County residents in need.
