What is the FCC Program?
The Family Centered Coaching (FCC) program is a no-cost, self-paced service dedicated to helping families improve their finances, education, and overall well-being. Each participating family is paired with a dedicated Family Coach who works collaboratively to create a plan tailored to the families unique needs and goals. The plan may include:
- Finding better careers or career training
- Learning how to budget money and fix credit issues
- Setting education goals and attending college or trade school
- Getting help with childcare
- Finding affordable, safe housing
Who Can Join?
To be part of the FCC program, families need to:
- Live in Martin County
- Have children under 18 (or still in high school at age 18)
- Have current household income
- Have at least one adult working toward improved education or career path
- Be willing to meet regularly with a coach and attend a few workshops
